The lid of square iron cans usually use Belle lid (oil nozzle), and the cover of round iron cans is leaf cover. Too many, the lid is also universal, if the customer has special requirements, it needs to be customized, the customized lid will increase the cost, and the custom-made iron cans with a capacity of more than 10 liters generally use squares, and the thickness of the iron material is 0.30mm-0.35mm.
3. Printing of tin cans
The color printing of tin cans is usually four-color or spot-color printing. For example, if there are several spot colors in the customer’s design manuscript, each additional spot color will increase the cost. Each type and size of tin cans has a printing capacity. It is not the same. The color printing special edition for oil tanks is 12,000. The printing quantity depends on the number of layouts. It is generally not easy to imposition. Iron cans of different sizes and models cannot be imposition. Because the seam welding lines are different, it is generally recommended to make the special edition quantity, which is less. 5. Production cycle of large iron cans

6. How to transport and pack iron cans
Generally, the shipping method of welding iron cans above 4L is to pack and ship with a tie, which is convenient to save costs; small iron cans below 4L can be packaged and shipped in a corrugated carton, or can be bundled with a tie, customized according to customer requirements; The shipping price of the outer box packaging is relatively high. It is recommended to transport a small amount of spot goods with wooden boards, but the freight cost will increase.
7. Internal coating of iron cans
There are two types of chemical iron cans, water-based product iron cans and oil-based product iron cans. Water-based products need to be coated with oil to prevent rust in the cans, oily cans are not required, and oily cans need not be coated.
8. Quality inspection standards for iron cans
