I. Issues, Causes, and Solutions
1. Paint Smudging
- Cause: The cap transport system inside the drying chamber is not running smoothly or has improper gaps.
- Solution: Polish the surface with fine sandpaper or adjust the transport system in the drying chamber.
2. Bubble Formation in Sealant
- Cause: The temperature in the drying chamber is set too high.
- Solution: Lower and fine-tune the drying chamber temperature.
3. Cracking
- Cause: The drying process is not optimized.
- Solution: Reduce the drying temperature and extend the drying time.
II. Inspection
Use online full inspection methods to detect defects such as excess glue, splashes, breaks, bubbles, damages, deformations, contamination, incorrect coating positions, and uneven overlaps. Alternatively, perform manual inspections. Carefully check the entire cap for scratches and confirm its orientation. Ensure the glue is applied uniformly.
Packaging
Label each package with the relevant specifications, quantities, and packaging forms, including production dates and shifts.
